From a very young age, Building Blocks Management founders and brothers, Danny & Stephen Taylor learned that working harder than anyone else gets results. They teamed up to create a complete service management and training company for the entertainment industry in the most challenging time in human history as we know it. During the COVID pandemic of 2020, venues, entertainers and fans of live experiences were isolated and deeply affected on all levels when the world felt like it stopped turning. This didn’t stop Danny or Stephen, instead they decided to bring their combined industry experience to keep connections and fun alive.
Today, as regional leaders in bringing and staffing live + virtual experiential entertainment events, the brothers manage venues, train and oversee staff, optimize SOP and efficiencies at long standing and pop-up venues as well as provide virtual and live production services. Their ever expanding range of services continues to expand as Building Blocks Management develops more opportunities for professional growth, fulfillment and experience despite the circumstances of any day.

He is a dedicated builder of professional, authentic and efficient business relationships across all departments involved in production of live experiential social events. His expertise lies in nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with team members and the community, managing multi-disciplinary teams, optimizing sales and fulfillment of merchandise, stabilizing businesses by revamping or establishing SOP’s and instilling pride as well as accountability in all staff. Stephen’s wide ranging industry experience has inspired him to spearhead BBM’s innovative efforts to create and support top notch live entertainment events.
