TROY, NY – Building Blocks Management LLC (BBM) founders and brothers, Stephen and Danny Taylor have teamed up to create a complete service management and training company for the entertainment industry. During the pandemic, while venues, entertainers and fans of live experiences were shuttered and isolated, Stephen and Danny decided to bring their combined industry experience together to create BBM.

Stephen and Danny lead the regional in generating and staffing live and virtual entertainment experiences. From managing venues, to training and overseeing staff and cleaning facilities after events, BBM brings the expertise to optimize the industry Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and provide efficient services at long standing and pop-up venues for live and virtual productions. The ever expanding range of services offered by BBM results in a live entertainment experience that is extraordinarily memorable and profitable for all no matter what circumstances are thrown their way.

As we approach festival season in the Capital Region, BBM is eager to put CEO Stephen’s experience in entertainment and high volume merchandising operations to work for existing and new clients. Since partnering with BBM, Hi-Line Merchandising’s warehouse production increased by 75% and has been streamlined online ordering and shipments have increased from 65 to 400 daily packages and representing over 100 bands and live music event clients.

“Our team handles all the logistics for warehouse SOP, merchandise delivery and inventory to optimize high volume merch sales at live events,” said BBM CEO Stephen Taylor. “Our overall approach takes into consideration the attendees' experience. For example, the lines to get merch at festivals can be out of control, our team distributes discount coupons for online purchases in order to reduce the wait time and increase sales all while creating a better overall experience for the concert-goer.”

BBM has adapted to post COVID entertainment assisting in providing virtual entertainment and venue cleaning services for The Palace Theater, Empire Live, Lark Hall and the Albany Capital Center. Additionally, BBM worked with first time venue owners to provide a seamless transition by hiring, training and managing staff, creating SOPs and booking a recurring event at Lark Hall that is the highest grossing event each month. Their extended event services allow clients to deal with a single point of contact that handles time consuming yet necessary tasks like vetting service providers, interviewing and training staff, and cleaning venues post production, all while bringing long-standing industry relationships and the highest level live entertainment to your customers.

BBM was accepted to the IGNITEU NY Summer Accelerator Program. This eight-week business accelerator program is an opportunity for the BBM team to be immersed in an intense program that covers methodology, branded business development, financial and leadership management and so much more. BBM is excited to participate in the program to further expand their business expertise and build additional relationships within the community.
